I'm in my 40s and haven't trained in years. Will I keep up?
Yes. Every session is coached and scales to you. Most of our members are over 40, and plenty walked in after years away from training. Your coach adjusts every exercise to your level.
What about my knees, back and joints?
This is exactly what we coach for. Low impact options in every session, with mobility and range of movement built into the program. You'll move better after 28 days, not worse.

How much time does it actually take?
4 coached sessions a week, 45-55 minutes each, plus a simple nutrition plan that fits around family and work. Fitness shouldn't take over your life, it should give you more of it.
Where are you based?
Solihull Arden Club, Sharmans Cross Road, Solihull. Sessions run mornings, daytimes and evenings, so there's a slot that fits your schedule.
